How It Works

Every Wednesday, whoever shows up gets on the call. No slides, no guest speaker, no pitch. Someone names what they're stuck on, the room asks the real question, everyone leaves with one thing to try before next week.

Why I Started This

I started this because I needed it first.

I spent 15 years running a design and strategy agency. 350 product launches. From the outside, it looked like it was working. It wasn't the work that was the problem, it was what I was avoiding underneath it.

Three years ago I quit the things I used to disappear into, not because anyone made me, because I couldn't keep numbing what was actually happening underneath the outside. What changed it wasn't a program or a certification. It was a room, people helping each other find their truth. This call exists for that same conversation.
