Why I Started This

I started this because I needed it first.

I spent 15 years running a design and strategy agency. 350 product launches. From the outside, it looked like it was working. I was avoiding something underneath the work, and it showed.

Three years ago I quit the things I used to disappear into. Nobody made me. I couldn't keep numbing what was happening underneath. What changed me was a room, people helping each other find their truth. This call exists for that same conversation.
