Anne Kerstin Diaz

Anne Kerstin Diaz is a licensed mental health counselor with thirteen years in clinical practice. She holds a master's in mental health counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a Certified Addictions Professional credential from the Institute for Addiction Studies.

She spent five years as a district mental health counselor for Orange County Public Schools, and before that worked children's services for Orange County Government and taught substance abuse prevention in schools, shelters, and correctional facilities. The through line is people in the middle of something hard. She has sat with more of them in real transformation than most consultants will meet in a career.

She joined the practice full time in 2024 and runs engagement, from the first conversation through the ones nobody is looking forward to. Clients tend to tell her the real problem first.

She played water polo through to nationals, sings with a whimsy that surprises people who meet her in a boardroom first, paints, and is a proud mother of two.
