Claude Launch

Every new Claude chat starts out knowing nothing about you. People spend the first ten minutes of each one explaining the business again: who the clients are, how they write, what got decided last week.

What I made

Claude Launch is a setup kit that has Claude build its own notebook about your business. You make an empty folder and paste one sentence. Claude asks a few questions, then writes a rulebook, a memory page, notes on how you write and ten routines into that folder. A checklist beside the chat ticks off each step as it goes, and setup ends with an 8-point safety check on your email, computer and money.

I built it after doing this by hand for clients, usually in about two hours with me sitting next to them. A consultant went from 111 loose files to a working setup in 2 hours 17 minutes. The kit puts everything I did in those sessions into one 70 KB file that Claude reads and follows.

Where it lives

The kit sits in a public folder, so every install reads the latest version. Anyone can try it in about ten minutes.
